My goal is to put you at the center of the process - from listening to your needs to talking you through each step - whether you're looking to buy or sell your own home or acquire investment property. Representing my clients is an honor I take seriously, and I take great care to manage each relationship efficiently, competently and with compassion. There are two strong common threads throughout my work experience: community involvement and the ability to succeed under pressure. I am goal oriented and will make your goal mine. I have a multi-tiered work background: years of experience running and growing a community-based business as the owner of several Great Harvest Bread Company bakeries in Seattle; public high school teacher in New York City; high school Assistant Principal in Billings, Montana; and Peace Corps volunteer. Persistence, patience, the importance of trust and the skills of listening are stand-outs among the many things I have learned along the way. I am active in my community, having been a Trustee of Laurelhurst Community Club for the past 10+ years, honored with a Good Neighbor Award in 2005. From Montana to Malaysia
I was born and raised in Montana. I received a BA and MA from the University of Montana in Missoula. After college, I went from there to serve in the Peace Corps in Malaysia. I moved to Seattle in 1985, settling in my present home in NE Seattle. My husband and I enjoy time at our cottage on Birch Bay, skiing at Whistler, relaxing with our kids and grandkids and just life in wonderful Seattle. If you see me walking through the neighborhood with my dog, Annie, please stop and say "hello".
